    I have been trying to be on here more.  I went through a time where I just didn't have the time to be on here.  Now that things are settling down a little, I pop in more often.  That being said...I had no idea there was drama, or a facebook page, so I guess I missed a lot!

    There is nothing wrong with the FB group. We all get along fine, even with our differences. If you would like to join us, PM me your name and I will invite you.  There was some drama a few of the girls made on 0-3m and it came back to this board, but if anything if brought a tiny breathe back to this board.  I am here almost daily and never comment anymore because most of the posts do not interest me.  We have a good thing going over on FB, join us if you want.  If not, no sweat off my back.Wink

    A huge majority of the board moved to the FB page.  Its crazy active, and has posts like these, and a lot more pictures and play by play action.  I'm finding since its a secret group, its a lot more personal, but you share what you want to.  I pop in to both, but participate more on here. 

    I now find myself lurking on the other month boards, and 3-6 months.  Its not the same though.

    I didn't know there was drama either, and yeah it got so slow all the sudden.  Well I can't access FB at work which is why I get on here so sucks thats where everyone moved to!

    I was out of town for a week or so for a wedding- it's crazy how lame I've become... between staying up late helping the bride with wedding stuff and being up with LO for feedings and early in the AM I'm still trying to catch up on sleep, etc.

    I noticed it has slowed down a lot over here though.  I'm a member of the FB page, but I rarely go on there either. 

    I wish there was an app for thebump boards.

    I am mostly a lurker but used to post more regularly when I was pregnant and the board was more active. I do get on here and check almost every day but its been so slow so I lurk more on 3-6 months and SAHM (I work part time). I don't want to do the facebook group because I can't get onto it at work and I appreciate the anonymity on the bump.

    I've retreated to lurker-dom for a bit.  I have 2 LOs so they keep me fairly busy.  FB's easy to glance at during the day, but by the time I can sit down and read what's up here everyone else is done for the day and I feel like replying is pointless.

    Honestly, I enjoy both TB and FB.  But the posts here are infrequent and are mostly about sleep training, so I don't really have any thing to say.  I'd love to see more activity here and more posts about, well anything besides sleep and solids.  I've been lurking on SAHM and June 2011 boards to get my fix.  I still post and ask questions on the AP and BF boards too.

    I try to avoid online confrontation, but I think that the anonymity of TB makes it easy for people to create drama for kicks.  And I think that because it's impossible to get a person's tone from text, some people look for drama in posts that aren't meant to be that way.  We are all going to make choices for our babies, so long as your choice (or mine) isn't dangerous, I don't care what you do with your LO.  I may ask "why" so that I can have more knowledge about a subject or do some research.  But it doesn't mean that I'm judging you.  KWIM?

    I dropped off the face of TB planet for a while. I've been busy with 2 kids, work, and summer fun stuff! (Sorry, I don't feel too bad about it either.... I have enjoyed my life away from TB immensely..... I get sucked in way too deep otherwise.) I lurk now and then, but don't post because it has been boring around here. Like PP, I don't care for the FB page because of privacy reasons.

    Pretty much nothing happens on the FB group. We all hold hands and sing kumbaya pretty often though.Wink It's a great group!

    I lurk here and post sometimes, but it is slow and 90% of posts are about sleep.

    I've been traveling, planning THREE parties that I'm hosting in the next three weeks (WTF was I thinking???), and enjoying my baby and our aweome fall weather that finally rolled around!  Anytime that I have online, I usually check email and update my blog, then log off.

    Apparently there was some gossip about me on the FB group, because it made its way back here, so I'm definitely not comfortable joining. I just don't care to have that sort of drama in my life.  All my personal info is online anyway due to my blog.

    Yikes! I forget this board exists a lot of the time since TB defaults me to 3-6, I usually post there. I was just thinking that I should get chummier over here, but I'm glad I missed the drama!

    I lurk but since 99% of the time I am on my phone I don't reply. Plus 2 kids and going back to school has me pretty busy. 

     

    I love y'all but I would be lying if I said the break isn't nice. It's amazing how much time I spent on here.
