I am coming up on 34 weeks and am starting a list of last minute things but I can only thing of:
wash sheets (clothes have all been washed), set up RNP sleeper, pack bags, and a few last minute items to pick up like lanolin, infant tylenol, etc...
So what's on your to-do list
oh and make all the meals on my make ahead list which I'll start Nov 1st

Re: What do you have left to do before baby arrives
I'm almost at 34 weeks also - I still need to install our car seat and get it inspected. That would be numero uno on the list. I also need to finish our hospital bag and do one more load of baby stuff (mostly stuff from our shower last weekend). I still have one more shower and then after that, I need to get the few last minute important items that are still outstanding on our registry.
I would love to just get all that done now and not worry about it but I'm trying to be patient until I have my other shower.
Everything
I need to re-arrange stuff in the living room so we can fit the baby stuff in there. Baby's room upstairs is a pile of stuff at this point, need to clean baby clothes, find a place for blankets and stuff. Clean out the dresser in my room for the baby clothes and find a place for it for now, Baby bassinet needs to come into our room eventually, gotta find a place for that. wash clothes and blankets. ugh... so much to do!!!
Posting from an Android sorry for any errors
Install car seat and have it checked
Wash and prep CDs
Put together swing, stroller
Put PNP in our bedroom
Pack hospital bag
Get 2 dogs bathed
Make a few more freezer meals
Purchase a few more things - I just had my shower this last weekend and still need to get some essentials.
I can't think of anything else.... I'm sure there is something that I'm forgetting.
I feel like I have a ton to do...but I think I have some time. We have an appointment/interview with a pediatrician this month, and our childbirth, baby care and BF classes are also scheduled within the next month.
My baby shower is Oct 29, and I know the list will change a ton after the shower. Here is my (fairly) immediate list:
--have DH hang the curtain rod and curtain in Noah's room (I tried, but damn carpal tunnel foiled me)
--have DH hang the floating shelves in Noah's room (again, carpal tunnel--I can't hold the screws)
--buy a rug for Noah's room
--put together the stroller and car seat
--hold the yard sale I've been putting off for three months (we're all set for Saturday, but only b/c I spent my birthday--today--working on it)
--clean out the study (there are things in there for Noah and me that I can't get to now)
DH is pretty on board with whatever I want/need to do, but he did ask me "what's a bumper?" last night. Ooof. Men.
Put car seat bases in the cars.
Wash breast pump parts.
Buy new bottle nipples and binki's.
Put velcro on the crib mattress support for the crib skirt (I spent Monday sewing curtains and a crib skirt...my first sewing project, I'm so proud!)
Get car seat inspection (they told me at the birth center they can do this for me)
One more load of her laundry
Buy a rug and put up some shelving in the nursery (I'm going to wait on this one to figure out what I really want)
Buy nursing bras (I'm going to wait on this too...I have a couple of those Genie Bras which will work well for nursing until I know the BF thing is working out and I settle into a size)
There are a couple of things left I wanted to do in the nursery, like a mobile I want to make. I figure I'll have some down time in the first few weeks when she's (hopefully) sleeping a lot...and if she doesn't, they are just little optional projects.
Sterilize new breast pump parts, bottles, and nipples. Hopefully I'll be okay with EBF so I won't have to worry about it.
Ha! Baby 3 and I kind-of-sort-of forgot that I have to pack a bag.
My list is long. Not feeling ready at all...not only the getting ready for baby part, but getting things ready for my first two so that they are prepared for what is about to happen.
But 45 days (+/- 7) is going to fly by. Guess I should get going!
Man...I feel behind! I still need to:
Pack bags for me hubby and baby for hospital
Wash and prep CD's
Take one breast pump back, purchase another (today)
Buy more storage containers for bathroom and baby's room (today)
Wash baby's NB clothes
Take apart diaper cakes (2)
Purchase PNP and set up in bedroom (this weekend)
Install car seat
Ok..I'm overwhelmed now. Awesome.
