Our video monitor is missing

Seriously we have no clue where it is.  Nicholas got a hold of it yesterday and we have looked everywhere for it.   We know it HAS to be somewhere in the house, cause it was raining all day and so Nicholas didn't set foot out of the house.

We emptied both garbages that he had access to, we looked in all the cabinets, drawers, toilets (thank goodness it wasn't in there), toy box, toy bins, his ride on toy, behind toy box. toy bins, in both kids rooms.   Inside the couches, in the fridge!  I mean EVERYWHERE!   my living room is more organized than it has been in ages.

What the heck?!  And it's not like we can get another monitor.  They aren't cheap you know.  

He did this with the tv remote.  it disappeared and we got a new one.  2 days later, I see him walking around with the lost remote and thought "Where the eff was that?!"

I think a prayer to St Anthony (finder of all lost things) is called for.

    Will he respond to bribery?  Like, tell me where the remote is and you get X?

    Edit:  Not that I'm normally a fan of bribery.  Making an exception since those monitors are really expensive.

    I've been looking for a train controller for 3 months, I've decided it had to go in the garbage, even though our garbage can is locked in a cabinet, but who knows.  I have no advice LOL.

    I don't know if this world work or not, because I don't have a video monitor, just a regular monitor. 

    If I unplug the monitor in the baby's room, my receiving monitor will start freaking out.  Maybe if you unplug the monitor in the baby's room, the receiver will start freaking out and making a loud noise.

    Same thing happened with my watch about 8 months ago :(

    DS2 was playing with it and then the next minute it was gone. I tore apart everything......even looked in all of the vents. It still hasn't turned up :(:(
