I am usually not into workout videos, but I have been doing Jennifer Wolfe's Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga DVD a few times/week lately. I am pretty happy with it considering that it is prenatal and yoga. It leaves my quads and rear end kind of sore.
Up until recently I used regular workout dvd-s with modifications.Until 16 weeks, you can pretty much do your regular exercise if otherwise you are healthy.
One of my fave is Ellen Barrett skinny sculpt, which you can do with 4-5lbs weights. She only uses light weights, but if you go higher, you will sweat.I still use this DVD now that I'm almost 7 months along, except for most of the floor exercises.
The other one I recently started using is Suzanne Bowen's Long and Lean prenatal. It's challenging once you have a belly...

I've been enjoying Beachbody's Yoga Booty Ballet: Baby on the Way. Along with a few modified videos from ChaLEAN Extreme and walking (and coaching soccer).
Bowen's Long and Lean is pretty good. I don't sweat really, but she uses body weight for resistance only and I really feel as if I've had a good sculpting workout afterwards.
