I have used them for the past 3 years when we visit in-laws in Fl. I have only had a problem once, but it was more a computer error than the airline and they were very helpful in correcting it. The flight attendents are always very helpful with us traveling with children. I have no complaints and will be using them again this winter.
All the time -- I love them. I've never had a problem with them (other than typical, weather-related delays that aren't their fault). The DirecTV screens in front of the seats are awesome, especially if you're a nervous flyer like me. They don't serve meals, but they do usually give out a snack and a drink, depending on the flight. Flight staff has always been friendly on the flights I've been on. Oh, and you can listen to the flight crew chat from your seat on headphones -- for some reason, I really love that! It makes me feel more reassured when you're going through turbulence and you listen to the pilots talk like it's no big deal.
