I'm posting for a co-worker who is looking for places in central Pennsylvania to host a baby shower for approximately 50 guests. I've been to showers at the Radisson and Hershey Pantry. Any recommendations you can share are appreciated. TIA.
I don't know what your price range is. The Firehouse downtown is really nice and the Holiday Inn West has nice ones too (it's been a few years since I was there for that).
mine was at the chocolate cafe in linglestown. it's a quaint converted church, thay is so cute and perfect for a shower. it has to be on a sunday though, but you get the entire place.
I think you can rent out the champions lounge in the Giant Center (in Hershey). DH and I really wanted to have our rehearsal dinner there for our wedding because we both are HUGE hockey fans (especially Hershey Bears). I would love to hold an event there someday! Not sure if that is what you were looking for but thought I'd throw that out there.
The Brickerhouse in Lemoyne is a cute place too. I've been there for different occassions and I think its the perfect place for a bunch of women.
I am an event planner and I can probably suggest a few places if you tell me a bit more - where, specifically, in Central PA? Like what town? And what type of event do you want? Sit-down more formal event? More casual sit-down? Someplace nice but where you and others bring the food?
