  I love guac. You can make a turkey wrap with guac, put it on nachos, on a taco salad, use it to dip quesadillas in, put it on a turkey burger, make a BLT & G...Pretty much endless uses!

  I love making ground beef and putting taco seasoning in it.  I then mix guac in and eat with chips.  It's also good if you marinate chicken in italian seasoning and then add in guac on a pita/wrap.

  You can put guac on anything IMO.

  We put feta (a lot) and a little mayo, mix it and eat it with chips-so good!

  One way we eat it is on a grilled cheese..yummmy! (you can put it inside, or dip your sandwich)

  I put guacamole in place of mayo for all sorts of things. We love guacamole over here so it goes on almost all dishes.

  ...and now I want a vat of guac.  I have seriously PMS and want to eat everything in the house today but this just sealed the deal. 

  Oh, and to answer your question - it goes with everything.  Any time you'd consider mayo or another condiment you can use guac.   I've also had luck freezing it.  I put it in an ice cube tray then when frozen dump them into a plastic bag.  Instant guac for a sandwich or quick dip.    I should warn you though that sometimes it doesn't thaw well - but usually it's okay.
