Are there any girls from the Dayton area that could recommend their OBGYN. I see a doctor at the Kettering Medical center but I'm not a huge fan of her and would like to find another doctor.
I use Horlacher and Assoc. at MVH and LOVE them. I switched mid-pregnancy and have been very pleased. I saw their newest doctor just recently, a woman, and she was really nice, and the two male OB's were both involved in my pregnancy. There is also a NP in the practice and I really liked her too. They came highly recommended and I heard good things from the nurses when I got stuck in L&D one day as well.
Women's Health Specialists & Midwives of Dayton. I would recommend ANYONE from that practice I mainly saw the midwives, but I love the OBGYN's as well.
I see Dr. Pawlosky in Centerville. He also has an office in Beavercreek on N. Fairfield Rd. He is affiliated with Kettering or Southview. I highly recommend him, as he is his own practice, and he provides great care!! I saw him for both PG, and I was high-risk with my second DD due to HELLP, and I delivered via a successful VBAC, all thanks to the encouragement of Dr. P.

I can also recommend Dr. Pawlosky. I switched to him two summers ago and he is wonderful.

They have several doctors at their facilities, and I have had no issues. I've been seeing them for 10+ years and they have delivered my two (soon to be three) children.
I go to Oak Creek (Springboro, Kettering & Beavercreek). I love them and have had good experiences with them, but I haven't had any specific issues that needed addressed.
My friend and I (due 3 days apart) both go to Dr. Hall, part of MVH, and she is pretty good. She even gives you her cell number to contact her with questions. She has a Springboro office & at MVH. https://thegirldoctor.com/

Who do you currently go to at Kettering? I just started with someone at Kettering but may switch to Dr. Stephen Guy.
Dr. Drollinger!!!!! In Kettering on Far Hills! HE IS AMAZING! I came to Dayton from Michigan and didn't know ANYONE. I'm totally neurotic about drs/hospitals/etc. I went to nursing school and met a lot of docs along the way so I was very particular. I did a TON of research and went to all of the dayton hospitals for tours, spoke to the nurses on the units and asked for recommendations. Dr. D's name kept coming up. I went for a yearly exam with him and did an interview. My husband came too, we BOTH LOVE LOVE LOVE him! I'm almost 31 weeks along and he has been a dream to work with. He gave me his cell phone number and I can text/call him anytime day or night, he texts me test results, etc. He's very easy going!! Please please please go meet him before you pick an OB, you won't be disappointed. Also, he's the only doc in his practice so he will be delivering your baby!

I would recommend Contemporary OB/GYN. They have three offices (Centerville, Huber Hts, Beavercreek) and deliver at Southview.
