Everything went well, thank God!  Jade is healthy, happy and fit.  Of course, there was lots of fear about the vaccines; however, I ordered this bee called a Buzzy to help.  His wings are frozen solid and he vibrates.  Between the frozen wings and vibration, her legs were numbed and the shots didn't hurt as much.  She was more freaked out about taking the shots as opposed to the pain from them.  I'm so glad that's over--and I know Jade is too. :)

    Yay!  Glad everything went well.   I am happy they are over too (kid #2)...one kid to go for 4 year shots, then I have 3 lovely years until the 11 year start (OMG)...

    Here is our recap I posted to family:

    DS1 (4 year): 34 lbs and 37 inches (25ish% for both). Shockingly, passed his hearing test : ) Received 5 shots (immunizations including flu) and did not cry one single tear. He was a trooper and only cringed. He is complaining his arms hurt now and is on a tylenol rotation.

    Wow, no tears?!  I'm impressed!  What a strong little fella; I think by 11 years old they may be completely "over" the whole shot thing.  At least that's what I'm hoping.  Glad to hear everything with your little guy went well, too.  :)
