Superstitious about due dates

So my first due date wsa 3 days before my father's (who passed away very unexpectedly in March 2010).  The second due date was one day after the day he died in March.  I was all set for June to be clear, but then realized I'm actually due 2 days after Father's Day.  I know I'm being overly superstitious but I still feel pretty ominous about it all.

The other way I'm trying to look at it is it'd be my husband's first Father's Day, which would be awesome.  And we're having our first u/s on our Dateiversary, so maybe this will actually turn out okay.

So nervous, but trying to stay positive!

    My husband and I noticed some weird things with the death of our son too. I was in building 6 floor 6 room 6. He was born 1-14. 1+1+4=6.  I've had some weird things happen to me also. I was on a flight a few weeks after my son passed and the man sitting by my daughter was reading a book and I glanced over and the title of the chapter was "Friday Jan 14" which was the day he died. It was a Friday too. I couldn't believe it and I kept glancing over and looking away. Also my daughter was playing with blocks that are kind of like a decoration my mom has at her house and its 2 blocks with individual numbers and 4 blocks with all the months and you put them togehter and it will say he day and month. Well, it was time for us to leave my moms and I grabbed them and just put them in the little stand they go on and they landed on Jan 14.

     I don't know if it'a things we notice now or if its really something or someone telling us something. But these things were pretty obvious things for me.

    With my 3rd pregnancy (that ended in a loss) my due date was 9/28....... the day I got my my first BFP (which also resulted in a loss).... I kinda wanted to just skip over tyat whole day...I survived and our LO is still going strong.... but I definitely know how you are feeling

    My EDD 8/11 is the day that I started my Clomid to get PG with this LO. 12/21 is the day I had my loss last year and this year it's the day I'll have my big ultrasound. My EDD this time 5/19 is a few days before I had a loss last year. I'm not superstitious about these times but I am enjoying making new happy memories to replace horrible ones that happend at the same time.

    I'm being superstitious about some things, but I haven't noticed any weird dates yet.  Hopefully for this time around father's day is going to mean good luck for you!

    I'm keeping my FX that this is just LOs way of replacing a painful day with a great day.  Dates can be so significant, but I don't think there is a way of predicting in what way they will be significant (if that makes any sense). 

    ((Big HUGS)) and sending lots of T&Ps that this is your sticky take home baby.
