I'm anti Kylie/Kiley as a first name, but only because that's how my maiden name was pronounced (spelled slightly differently). To me it will always be a last name, no matter how many little Kylie/Kileys I meet!
It's cutesy--it'd be kind of cute for a little girl, but it would be annoying on an adult. It's not in the slightest bit classic or different. Very trendy.
I, personally, love the name. We're actually naming out daughter Kylie.
It's a mix of our names - it was the only girls name we could agree on. Not sure about rhyming names though.... might be confusing for the girls. up to you though!!! It's your daughter

I don't think of this as classic at all.I dislike it as a full first name, but it's passable as a NN.
I had a friend named Kyla in middle school and she went by Kylie. But at least Kyla sounded slightly more grown up for when she was older.

It might just be a pet peeve of mine, b/c I cannot stand the Kylie/Keely/Kaylee/Callie names. They all just sound to me like someone with a strong accent saying my name (Kelly).

I happen to love the name. I know quite a few-some around my age (mid 20s-30s) and some at my daughter's school (3-4 year olds). To me it ages well, probably because I know Kiley's of all different ages.
Re: Kylie/Kiley?
I think Kylie is way too trendy. I cannot imagine and adult with the name.
