Hi, first I want to thank everyone that told me I may have an amniotic leak, because I finally got concerned and went in.

It's a Boy!!

Zane Emery was born October 6th at 9:06p, he weighed 7lbs 4oz, and was 20 1/2" long. I went to the Dr at 2:30p on the 6th to be checked for an amniotic fluid leak and my test came back positive. I finally made it around to L&D at about 5pm (no contractions) and my Dr broke my water at about 5:15p and had to start pitocin right away because she didn't know how long my water had been ruptured and the risk of infection was higher because of this. I believe I got my epi at about 7p, and was complete at about 8:50p. I pushed 4 times and he was born. He came pretty fast and it was an easy delivery!! He is a really good baby and is quiet, but has his days and nights mixed up My little girl was devistated to have a brother, but wouldn't trade him for the world after she saw him and got to hold him at the hospital.
