DS#2 is 10months old ...I think its safe for me to start really focusing on my abs ...especially since DS#1 asked me if I was pregnant again
What are you ladies doing to get your abs tightened again? If possible, please provide photos or links so I can see how its done.

I just do crunches.
Dear god please do not let that statement come off as I actually do the crunches regularly, but every once in awhile I do. When I eat a large meal, I look to be about 5 months pregnant.
Try this one. Please do it on your knees and elbows if you are just starting out!!

I did all the crunches YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO after I was healed from my c-section. 98% of pregnant women get diastsis -- separation of ab muscles and if you do not do proper sit ups then it only gets worse and the bulge NEVER goes away. I wish I had known this with DD# 1, but now I am prepared for DD #2 -- I recommend this website and the book. I bought the book used on Amazon.
