Okay, weirdest side effect ever

DS has had a cold for a while and poor little guy is really congested.  DH got him up Saturday morning, changed his diaper and brought him downstairs where I noticed his face and neck were covered in bright red spots!  (Mind you, DH had not noticed a thing until I pointed it out but I digress.)  No fever or anything else out of the ordinary.  Turns out it was a reaction from his sinus infection.  They are fading now as the antibiotics kick his sinus infection to the curb but one of the strangest (and most alarming) side effects I've seen yet.
