Yea for sure....I've had two regular bacon and tomato sandwiches because I had a serious craving. Just don't eat it all the time.

It's suggested that you have food with nitrates in moderation. Bacon has nitrates.

Oscar Mayer makes a (regular, not turkey) bacon sans nitrates. Super yummy and no nitrates to worry about. Their nitrate-free hot dogs are awesome, too.

Seriously, I get the listeria threat. I understand nitrates should be avoided, but getting paranoid about everything is going to make you crazy. You're pregnant for a long time...look at packages and avoid nitrates. Boom, done.
