I put E in a bigger size diaper at night. The bigger the diaper the more absorbancy and since she's not moving around at night I don't worry about her swimming in them.
She wears size 3 in the day and a size 4 at night. She stays dry now that we've made this change. Before her waist and thighs were damp by morning.
Soo annoying isn't it? We switched to Pampers Overnight Diapers in a bigger size. It seems to help most nights, but there are still rare instances when I know she wakes up early because her diaper has a gallon of tinkle in it. She doesn't leak out of it since we switched, but I know it's uncomfortable for her.
I will probably get flammed for this, but whatever. We don't go to bed until after midnight on most nights and sometimes even later than that. Right before I go to bed, I unzip my DD sleeper and put a new diaper on. She never wakes up and she's not near as wet in the mornings. So, maybe if you get up in the middle of the night (bc I know most people go to bed earlier than i do) then you could change her in her sleep???
We just switched from Baby Dry to Pampers Overnights because we were having the same problem. As PPs suggested, try a size up as well. DS wears a 3 during the day and we started putting him in a 4 at night. We haven't had any problems since we've switched.
I would give you a great suggestion but seeing as my little monster has never slept more than 4 hrs at a time I wouldn't have the foggiest clue what to do with a kid that sleeps 11 hours let alone 2 kids. I guess I'd second changing them one last time before you go to bed at night as long as it doesn't wake them. GL

I also use the overnights and someetimes she'll still leak out the top a tiny bit. She doesn't STTN, but she only wakes to eat and changing her diaper in the middle of the night results in full screaming fits and a fully awake baby, so I nurse and put her back down. I keep hoping she'll start sleeping longer and eating less.

I wish there was another solution..
