middle name help

We are tossing around the name Rachael if we have a girl but we're having a hard time coming up with a middle name.  Also the spelling?  Rachael, Rachel etc??  Any opinions......?

    I think it looks rally funny spelled Rachael-I dont like it, sorry.

    And for a middle name, my family as well as DH family all us family names..
