  I started wearing the one they gave me in the hospital the day after my c-section.  I would pull it down over my incision and wore it non-stop, taking it off only to shower.  It really helped me feel like everything was a little bit more supported.

  My OB put mine on me while I was still in the OR and I was told to wear it for at least a week. If I wanted to I could wear it longer too. I wore it the 2nd time for about 3 weeks. It really helped me with every day discomforts.

  I started wearing it the day after the c-section. I wore it over the incision to help give me support and protect the incision from nursing.
