ladies....smack me!

DH is ready to paint the nursery.  I can't help but feel like the Dr. was wrong at my US and i'm having a boy!  haha!  I've had little boy on the brain for 2 1/2 years!

    Leah has the cutest little girl room color ever. And it's blue (well, kinda aqua-y blue)

    We lived in an apartment that we couldn't paint when Tessie was born, so we accessorized with pink.  Then when we moved into our house, we went with the exact same color, because we realized EVERY thing else related to girls is pink or purple, which is so overwhelming.  And I love pink.

    So maybe go with a more neutral color and switch out the accessories if your little girl isn't a girl...

    We didn't know gender of either of the kids.  for Brianna, we painted her room a light green, then when she was born I added lots of pink and purple wall hangings.  We moved her room about a yr ago and let her pick the new color and she picked a nice light purple, then we bought bug and butterfly stencils and did a variety of bright colors around her room.
