Does anyone else with a Mirena have cramping after sex? I DTD a couple of weeks ago for the first time since I made P (it's been over a year). Afterwards I had a bit of cramping and spotting. IUD issue or was it because I hadn't had sex in a year? I had to have a c-section.

It's probably a bit of both...but I would say more that you haven't in a year....omfg. I could not imagine.

I had a very similar situation. It's probably a combination of factors. I just take some ibuprofen if it's really bad.
