Is this possible? Lactose Free Milk NOT lactose free?

We buy a case of Organic Valley Lactose Free milk every week, my DS & DH are both lactose intolerant. I opened a half gallon yesterday and I swear they must have mislabeled it or not treated it with the lactase enzyme because my son has the EXACT same symptoms as he did before we switched. He has a severe diaper rash, diarrhea/loose yellow stools, and doesn't want to eat. I'm sure it could be something else but it just seems so odd.

    Is there a 1-800 number on the box?  I'd call the company to inquire.  Could be a labeling/bad batch/cross contamination issue.

    I ended up fill out a request on their website that asks for the lot #, sell by date, etc.

    i agree!  i would call and ask if anyone else complained.

    Has your DH drank it also and is he having symptoms?  Getting an adult to try might be easier and he can really pin point if it is or not. 

    that stinks! i hope it's not the case.
