I'm XPing this from TTGP My dh and I were at my in laws house, and my DH was changing his oil. While he was doing it, the jack broke and the car fell! DH is fine, he wasn't on one of the roll board thingys, if he had been then he would have been seriously hurt.BUT, the broke part of the jack slipped and tore right into the radiator. =(So it looks like we're going to be buying a new car. We were already planning on this purchase for April/May because his car is a 98 (but it still runs great!) but it just looks like this will be happening sooner than we thought. We both really love the Kia Soul. We test drive them for fun all the time. haha. I drive a jeep, so I'm obviously an SUV fan, and what I love about the soul is that it looks like an SUV, but its technically a station wagon, so the insurance is cheap! It also has a really high safety/crash test rating. We also like the Kia Fortes, and the Hyundai Sonata. But those are both cars! Obviously, what we buy now is what we'll be driving for a while, and our children will be riding in it.What do you drive? What are its pros/cons?

ah. Yeah we'll probably only have two. The soul has SO MUCH ROOM on the inside. its incredible. and it has 360 air bags, which was pretty cool. When they're all blown up, it looks like you're inside a marshmallow.
that is a REALLY good idea! thanks!!
Glad to hear your DH is okay.
We originally were looking at kias when we bought our last vehicle..however, changed our mind as DH's parents have had lots of issues with rust, etc with their kia...we went with a toyota rav 4..which is a nice small suv.
