Dr Craig Bissinger in Parsippany - Good Choice?

Does anyone have any reviews / recommendations on this Doctor? Here is why I'm asking...I just had my first prenatal appointment (8 weeks.) This is my 2nd pregnancy (1st was m/c at 6 weeks.)  I am new to the area and have not established dentist / doctors yet. I chose Dr Bissinger strictly from reviews / research online - all was excellent. Everyone in the office was very nice, but I didn't feel they provided me as much information as my previous OB, nor did they go over my health history as extensively. They even have me waiting till my 10 week appointment for blood work.

    I adore Dr. B. He's very laid back, but empathetic, and no nonsense. I am also pretty laid back though. And my birth experience was amazing. I wasn't progressing but Dr. B was very patient and let me wait it out rather than push an un necessary c-section on me.

    Yes This.  He was really good at making sure all my questions were answered at every appointment.  He even took the time to give me a sonogram twice in the same appointment because dh was running late. Unfortunately I ended up with a c/s because lo's hb kept dropping during contractions and he got stuck in my pelvis.  Dr. B. did a great job reassuring me and both LO and I are happy and healthy.

    best choice you can make, IMO :)

    google and you'll find tons of posts about him- many i have answered, lol. I just ADORE him. He was wonderful with both my pregnancies- esp during my trouble times with DS1's pregnancy- he made me feel better, I knew he cared, and he made good choices for my care.

    His partner, Dr. Flores, is awesome, too- i loved her. And they share calls with Dr. Immateao, who is also top rated in the area.  They also have an NP who is fantastic... the office staff is helpful and kind - which is important :)  I can't say enough nice things about Dr. B and his office!

    I used to be Goldie_locks_5 but the new nest is so screwed up that I was forced to start over.

    I wanted to write an update on my experience with Dr. Bissinger.  I have now seen him (and the NP) and I feel very comfortable with him.  He was very caring and knowledgeable during my appointment with him.  I expressed my fears over this pregnancy due to my last missed miscarriage and he told me to feel free to come in whenever I wanted for an ultrasound scan to help put my fears to rest.  He even said I could come in once a week if I wanted!  So far I am very happy with the choice I've made and would recommend him to others.
