Question for brightning...

I recently bought egg molds, but we buy fresh eggs from the farm down the road and I can not hard boil them. It just doesn't work. Do you use the egg molds for anything else?

    I didn't know you can't hard boil fresh eggs!

    You can use them for molding rice - just get the mold wet first. Hmmm ... I'll have to think about what else. I suppose you could put bread stuffed with something (egg/chicken salad or whatever) in the mold, too, but I've never tried it.
