We took DD there this summer and she had a BLAST (granted, her middle name is NOT "grace" by any stretch)... She picked up a ton of balance skills and overall had a great time while doing it. We'd definitely send her back - even if we aren't into the whole constant sports thing at her age.
Foss Swim School is also attached but it's sort of hit and miss sometimes. The instructor DD first had was AWESOME, then the second time she went for a series of lessons the instructor was less than competent when he actually bothered to show up (she ended up with a lot of subs, then they did their final class evaluation for recommendations on what class to sign up for next before they were even half way finished with the multi-week & day series)...
