Im at 17 weeks today and I have weighed myself every day and I have not gained weight since my last doctors appointment at 13 weeks. Im eating like a horse though. Am I doing anything wrong or will I just wake up and be fat one day?
I'm just over 35 weeks, and I've only gained 6lbs. And the baby weighs about 6lbs right now, which means the only thing I've gained is baby. Some people gain a lot, some don't. There's no big secret. If the doctor says you're fine, then you're fine.

My doctor told me at the beginning of this pregnancy that some people gain weight gradually, and some people don't gain weight at all and the suddenly have weeks where they are 7 pounds heavier. I would not worry about it unless your doctor is concerned.
I actually wish I had that problem I am the exact opposite! I have always been the type of person who has to work extra hard to maintain a healthy weight. Even before I was pregnant I was running 7 miles a day, and strength training 5 days a week to tone up. I always ate healthy and monitored my calories and was still 2 pounds over weight, and couldn't get the scale any lower.
Now that I am pregnant I am exercising daily, eating healty (eating reccomended calories that my doctor suggested), and drinking tons of water and i am still somehow up 10 pounds at 18 weeks...ugh.
Not a big deal, at 17 weeks I had only gained 5 lbs or so. I really think I would have gained it whether I was pg or not, due to starting a new job where I'm stitting most of the day. As PP have said, just double check with your doc. It's good to have that open communication about your concerns, no matter what the topic is. If your pregnancy is going anything like mine, you'll make up for it in a month or two, lol

I think that's perfectly normal. I dont' know what's wrong with up 10 lbs at 18 weeks. I'm one of those that just balloons up and my Dr says as long as i've gained for how many weeks I am (example 18 wks = + 18 lbs) I'm fine.
