Food Allergy

**Allergy Friendly Recipe Exchange**

This week i made DS pigs in the blanket.  DS didn't even try it but DH loved them.

They are milk/soy/eggs/nut free.. and i'm sure you can find the dough in GF also.

I made the pizza dough from Intolerant offspring and cut up hotdogs and put them inside and baked them for 10 minutes.  they smelled good and DH looooved it. I really wish my son was more daring and tried new things.

I use this mix for pizza dough and really love it. I can get it at our WalMart, actually.

Blueberry muffins - they freeze nicely

    1 1/2 Cup flour
    1/2 Cup sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 Tbsp baking powder
3/4 Cup milk (I use oats because it's thicker)
    1/4 Cup oil
    1 Cup frozen blueberries

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder.   Mix in milk and oil.  Fold in blueberries.

    350 degrees for 25 minutes

  • Yay, thanks!  Can't wait to get my blueberry muffin groove on. :-)

I can't wait to make these! Going to try subbing GF flour for your flour.
