I dont post really at all just mostly hang around cause I work all night but I was hoping for some good tips for arm workouts... I work out when not pregnant regularly and I just remember after my son was born I felt really weak in my upper body because I stuck to cardio (walking/jogging/eliptical) during my last pregnancy and after baby I felt so weak. Any good idea? Thanks ahead
