It can be stressful. How long have you been trying?
I strongly suggest not taking any pregnancy tests until your period is late. It cuts down on the disappointment of seeing a negative test. Counting the days of your cycle is not an accurate way of finding out when you ovulate. Check out fertilityfriend.com and take their tutorials on how to best pinpoint when you ovulate.
I am going to check out fertilityfriend. My cycle is a mess. 28days here, 21 days there - doesnt help me at all. And seeing that negative line is heartbreaking. I have taken 4 so far...I am afraid to take anymore. I have been experiencing symptoms related to pregnancy which is why I took the tests but I chopped those symptoms up to stress. Thanks for the advice!

PMS symptoms and early pregnancy symptoms are very similar. Start charting so you will know when you should really be having sex & when you should test.
I know what you mean! We have been trying 2 months and now are waiting for the results or my period here in the next 4-5 days. I know couples who just seem to look at one another and get pregnant, and you're right, you hear about these younger (and maybe unprepared compared to you) teens, etc, who become pregnant. It is frustrating and I'm glad I can vent to people who get that on here Good luck to you!
I am in the same boat as you Chanteldreams! The others are right, fertilityfriend.com is the way to go but beware that it is another tool to stress over. I spend too much time reading into my bbt chart. Are you also using OPK's? If not, it helped me because my cycle is also all over the place. The last time I conceived which unfortunately resulted in m/c, I did not test positive until 5 1/2 weeks so taking the test after being at least a week late may be best for some women. I made the same mistake of testing a few days after expected AF and the test was negative. I will test again in 7 days if AF does not arrive. GL and keep us posted.

Hi aschultz03, best of luck to you. I am just paying attention to my body symptoms, changes, and keeping track. I have some tests on hand but I am going to wait a few more days. I am on day 23, expected my period on day 21. Two days is nothing to get excited over so I will wait to see what happens over the weekend. In the meantime, I decided to not stress over it and just let my body do what it needs to do...stress was actually making this worst. I want to be happy and as calm as possible. I started taking prenatals last week and slowly changing my eating habits just as a prep! I am overly excited to become a mom but I don't want that to delay the process. Ill just keep hitting the sheets until something happens

Ineeded, but that is not the point. I suggest lurking around the site a bit more and starting off by reading this: https://community.thebump.com/cs/ks/forums/thread/42877040.aspx

If you are already this stressed now, I sure do hope it doesn't take you a year or more to get KTFU.
