DH Didn't get the job...

Well job #1 is a no go! DH had an interview at Bright Horizons in Renton and they decided to go with someone else. It was nice of them to call at least. He is going to call the Bellevue location and see if they are still hiring.

Any other places hiring that you know of? He got a job at Outback Steakhouse, but we need something a little more substantial in addition to that! I wish I was there so I could help him look...

    Good luck and keep up the search! It took DH and me a bunch of applications and several interviews to eventually find our jobs here this spring, but the persistence paid off and we both have now been working here for several months now. I'm sure he'll find something great soon.

    There are TONS of ECE, preschool and childcare teacher and support positions on CL.

    He has a background in a lot of stuff: childcare, assembly, coaching, food industry(hosting,serving,bussing), remodeling and cabinets...

    Childcare is just the most recent.

    Childcare is just the most recent.  

    Well, it could be worth applying at Boeing. We have a friend who just started recently at the Renton plant doing wing assembly. He has warehouse experience, but no specific experience with building machinery or anything. They will train your DH and have great benefits, so it's worth looking into. I have a few other pointers about applying there if you want to PM me.
