Eating Healthy with Allergies

I am 5wks along and i'm trying to eat healthy and drink lots of water. Ms is at a minimum as long as i don't go to long between eating. but i'm allergic to what people consider healthy staples like Chicken and eggs, this takes out alot of what is considered healthy anyone have any ideas on good ways to get protein? i'm also on a tight budget.

    Beans!! Easy on the wallet and high in protein. Black beans, lentils, pinto beans

    Also split peas. I think bean soups are great b/c you can make big batches and freeze. Great for the upcoming cold weather too. I love doing soup and salad for dinner.

     Fish and nuts are good souces too but you have to watch your intake.

    I've heard that seeds (sunflower, pumpkin) are good protien sources too. Maybe check with your ob regarding intake restrictions.

     Oh and cottage cheese! this was a fav of mine when i was prego.
