  YES!!! Or when I sneeze too! I have to hold my belly when I do it cause it hurts so bad.

  This - I had it quite a bit while pregnant with DS. I haven't really experienced it much this time around.

  I get this too - and when I sneeze. It feels so different from the earlier pulling/stretching feelings I had.

  I asked at my appt yesterday and she said it is also classic RLP and nothing at all to be concerned about. It sure is shocking though isn't it?! 

   

  Alex has arrived! 9 pounds, 21 inches - 3 weeks early on March 2nd ~went natural - very intense. whew!~
