The year of accidents

So within the first couple of weeks of January I was rear ended. I was stoppped at a light and this guy apparently didn't see the red light or me sitting at it and hit me full force. Luckily, that was right before I got pregnant.

Then I had a slip and fall in a restaurant at about 4 1/2 months. They had just mopped the floor and did not put out any caution/wet floor signs. I went to fill my drink and slipped as I turned the corner.

Then last night I was the middle of a 3 car sandwich on my way home from work! Because that's what everyone wishes for at 37 weeks pregnant! Luckily myself, baby and all other parties involved are perfectly fine and there was only damage to our cars.

Seriously, I haven't had any sort of accidents or injuries since maybe 2002....what is the deal with this year??

    I hear you there. I haven't actually been in any accidents. But this year is for near misses. I've almost been in 2 car accidents because other people aren't paying attention. And I also slipped in water at WalMart. Luckily, with the exception of being really pissed at other drivers, baby and I are fine.

    I havent had any car accidents but I have definately had my share of scares along with clumsy/accidents.

    I have fallen down the stairs 4 times if not more, tumbled down a hill, hit my legs or knee multiple times, fell off stools, walked into a wall.Hit my head getting into my car.

    On Monday I slipped off my step stool and it flipped, when it flipped I somehow landed with my one foot hitting the plastic side. This resulted in a nice amount of blood and a large   deep abrasion/cut on the bottom of my foot. IT HURTS LIKE HECK!!

    It's good to know that I'm not the only one....not that I would ever wish any of this on any one -pregnant or not. Here's to safety ladies :)
