Anybody else still carrying round extra baby weight? I have had the hardest time lossing all my weight....those of you that have lost all your baby weight any suggestions?
I'm under my pre preg weight, but I want to lose 10 more lbs, I run-a lot but the thing that's helped me the most is tracking what I eat on myfitnesspal.com ---awesome AWESOME site!! I love my food so this helps me make sure I don't over indulge and I can log in my exercise...love love LOVE fitnesspal
That being said, my body looks so different than before I was pregnant. My hips have widened, my abdominal wall is about as tight as sagging elephant's skin and my boobs are somehow smaller, if that's farking possible. It's quite the adjustment.

Yes. :P 6.6 lbs to go. I have been within 4 lbs of goal a few times but I keep regaining and re-losing the same 3-4 lbs. Though to be fair, I did lose 20 lbs right before ttc so my pre-pg weight is my "ideal" weight. I'm actually 8 lbs below wedding weight now. I have to remind myself of that for perspective.
My problem was struggling to really accept I had to eat less calories than when I was pregnant and breastfeeding. I got used to my bajillion cals a day. lol Really, just making good choices and cutting way the hell back on the sugar, along with exercising for at least an hour 4x a week, helped get rid of the rest.
This was me...I lost it all and then some, but after I stopped BF'ing about a year ago, I've gained about 10 back. I'm just waiting to have this next one and lose it again...and be smarter about eating once I stop BF'ing. I got way too used to eating all the extra cals!

This is me as well.. I am about 12 lbs under my pre preg weight but I would love to lose another 10-15 lbs... Or at least all of this flab... I just started exercising again and hope to lose it quickly!

Ugh. I am having the hardest time losing! I gained 55 lbs(yep, you read that right) with DD and am still 25 lbs over my pre-preg weight. Last summer I got so close though, within 10 lbs but managed to gain another 15 over the course of this past year I feel your pain!
I'm 30lbs below my prepregnancy weight, but it took me over a year to get to my current weight. I stayed really active and switched to a Paleo diet. Works wonders!!
WW and working them obliques. I am now 22 lbs below my pre-pg weight (which is still 4lbs more than I was the week after I had C).

I put on 20lbs going through 2 miscarriages before C. I'm technically 5lbs under pregnancy weight when I got pregnant with C, but still have these stubborn, evil 15lbs from the miscarriages. And I am not giving up.
For me, it really is just about resisting sweets and exercising consistently, and every time I start getting focused C goes through a rough patch sleeping or I get uber-stressed and give in to the lazy habits I've developed. I do find that tracking what I eat gives me a reality check about how much I do eat (portion or type of food), and it sometimes guilts me into avoiding sweets for a while. Fitday.com is a nice, free service if you can't afford Weight Watchers.

Yes - I was up about 15lbs still a year later. I started WW 2 weeks ago and have already lost 5lbs. I'm aiming to get down another 8 and I'll be happy.
