I have a spot on my face that looks like a bad sore.

I have been drooling in my sleep (attractive I know) since being sick.  It has caused my face to dry out.  I guess during my sleep I have been scratching at it.  Now it is scabbed over and gross. 

Any tips on how to make it heal quickly?

    Aquaphor. My mom fell on her face and busted it up pretty good not a full week before my wedding. My cousin put Aquaphor on it twice a day and by the wedding you couldn't even tell.

    I have used aquaphor with success on dry patches like that.  Neosporin would work too.  I had a cold a couple weeks ago and woke myself up drooling.  I needed a bib.

    No kidding. I have changed my pillow case everyday.
