I used the one that boppy makes. I hated it. Trying to roll over was a total bear and I was annoyed, because it was hard enough to roll over anyway. So I was kind of relieved when it disappeared in our house fire. After that I just got a cheapie from Target. It is not quite as long as my body, but it worked out better for rolling over and stuff. The only drawback was that after I used it for several months (because it was great for post partum, too) the stuffing started to separate. But I figure, for $20, it was a pretty good value.
I bought the Boppy Wedge pillow, and it is AWESOME! Along with that, I have 2 king sized down pillows that I use and then I'm comfy as can be. The wedge is really nice when your belly gets ginormous and heavy at the end.

Absolutely agreed. I'm not even all that huge yet and the wedge is still really nice -- and only $15 on Amazon, which I already feel like I've gotten my money's worth out of it, lol.
I'm using the wedge and a regular body pillow, and it works really nicely.

LOVED my Boppy Wedge! I didn't like the Snoogle. I used the wedge under my belly or behind my back (to stop myself from rolling), plus my normal 2 pillows under my head and one between my knees.

I have the Boppy Wedge too! I love that it fits perfectly under my belly. I was using a regular bed pillow but it was too long (I have a short torso). It allows me to sleep comfortably on my left side while supporting my growing belly. Last night I used a regular down pillow between my legs as my lower back was bothering me. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to go through the rest of my pg w/ just the wedge and a regular pillow.
I bought my Boppy Wedge at BRU for about $20. Motherhood also carries them but Target does not.
