Has anyone in the Lebanon area used a doula?  Did you feel it was a helpful experience for you?  Just wondering.  Have been hearing alot about them lately and was thinking about checking one or two out.  Thanks!!!

    I am considering using one too.  My friend gave birth in Harrisburg a year ago and loved hers!  She highly recommends using one.

    I did meet with a few Doulas with my last pregnancy and liked them they are very personable, and more caring and take their time, dedicate their time to you on your day, I absolutely also recommend a midwife, the are awesome too, i am not in the Lebanon Area, but I used May Grant, not sure if there is an office close to you, but they delivcer in Womens and Babies in Lancaster, wonderful place!
