I don't think the names go together. Mallory should be paired with something a little shorter, I think. The two names also have repeating sounds (the r's and the l's stand out).
I would pair Mallory with something shorter and crisp.
I love it! Mallory is a name that I have always liked. Caroline sounds great with it.

I like both names, but not together. Like PP, Caroline is too long for Mallory--I think 2 three syllable names together is too long. I like PPs other shorter suggestions.
Mallory Caroline is actually a combo we have considered. I'm leaning toward Mallory Louise (mn is a family name) or Mallory Ilene (another family name) now.

I like both of the names by themselves, but I don't feel like they go well together. And I agree that Hadley and Mallory is a little too much for a sib set.

Thanks again! I was concerned Hadley and Mallory sounded too matchy but my H didn't think so (or my sister) and I trust their opinions, so I thought I would consider it.
As far as middle names, I really prefer family names so I might have to start scouring the family tree again (which was why I tried Caroline). My DD actually goes by Hadley Kate, so I wouldn't be able to do Mallory Kate but maybe something else short and sweet would work.

Mallory Kate
Mallory Scarlett
Mallory Jane
Mallory Rose
Mallory Violet
Mallory Kay
The name Mallory means "unfortunate" which is why I'd never consider it.
Caroline is nice though and I like August David a lot.

Mallory's not on your babynames list! Personally, it's nms because of the mal- prefix.
On the other hand, I love Nora Caroline.

I do like the SOUND of Mallory... but I dont want my kid's name to mean "unfortunate". Love Caroline though.
Agree to all of this.
Mallory is a beautiful name, though
I love Mallory! I think it goes well with Caroline and I don't think it's too matchy with Hadley, even though they both have "y" at the end.
LOVE the name Graham
