Is it worth it? I've been lazy about wearing my binders and am considering using them again, but is it even worth it at 5 weeks post partum?

Yes, according to the Tupler technique -- you should not even start wearing them post c-section till 6 weeks.

I was done wearing mine around that time. It worked best for me in the beginning because it helped support my back and protected my incision while nursing.
