So exactly a month ago, I posted this about an insensitive PG "friend":

We have not talked much since that day, and last night I saw that she emailed me. Subject line was "hey", so I thought maybe she wanted to reconcile or actually see how things were going with me. Nope!! Instead I got this:
"Hey Chels,
Do you know anything about Gestational Diabetes?"
That's it. No "how are you?" or anything. DH was right next to me when I saw it, so we started brainstorming how I should respond to her. Here's what we came up with for responses, but any suggestions are welcome!
After 5 TI Clomid cycles, 5 IUIs, and 2 IVFs we finally got our BFP!
Beta#1 (12dp3dt)= 353, Beta#2 (15dp3dt)= 1466, Beta#3 (22dp3dt)= 14,139, First u/s: TWINS!!
After 10 weeks of bedrest, our two little ladies joined us at 28w6d

LOL!!!! I would totally want to do that, but I wouldn't...and I don't really think you should either. I might be more inclined to just ignore her. She's kind of a b!tch.

While I think this is a great response - I would just ignore the email and avoid her.
I love your responses, but I'd probably just ignore her too. Less fun, but it does get the message across.

I like a combination of the first and third options:
"It's diabetes you get while you're pregnant. Clearly I have never experienced it. It's nothing to worry about. Just relax, I'm sure you'll be fine".
I'm torn though . . . Part of me agrees with the previous posters, that you should not reply. But another part of me would really really really want to reply - just to prove a point.
Maybe end the email with "I'm fine, thanks for asking".

EDD 10/15/16
At 20-week anatomy scan found IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction), and very low Amniotic Fluid. Now, I'm High Risk and have weekly ultrasounds to monitor fluid and growth. If baby runs out of room or is too growth restricted, they will deliver ASAP. My current goal is to make it to 28 weeks!
Hands down - this is the winner ... lol

Ugh!! Can't believe she sent that to you. I would probably respond with a simple No, or just ignore the email completely. I think ignoring would also make your point!
