  They are all a bit dated to me, but I like them.  I think my favorite is Samantha.  I have always loved that name.

  I like Meredith best.  Then Ali.  Then Sam.  I think your one-syllable last name sounds better with a 2 or 3 syllable first name.

  I like Meredith and Samantha both a lot (although one of my best friends is Samantha, so I'm biased).

  I really like Allison and Meredith. My vote is for Meredith if you're going to spell Ali like that though- that looks like Ahh-LEE (as in Muhommed Ali) to me, not pronounced like Allie. If you were going to do Allie, then my vote would be for Allison.

  I love the name Meredith, it's on our short list.

  I think Samantha and Allison could sound dated, although they are both great classic names. 

  1st BFP- March 2011. Natural MC @ 8 weeks

  2nd BFP- July 2011.  Chemical Pregnancy

  3rd BFP- Sep 2011. My beautiful son was born May 2012.

  Samantha is the only one that seems dated to me.  I really don't like it.

  I'm not crazy about the nickname Allie and I prefer the spelling Alison, but I love the name.

  I like Meredith and I think it sounds best with the MN you've picked--plus it will make a really pretty monogram!

  My daughter's name is Allyson, so obviously I would go for Allison first, though we did consider Samantha (which I LOVE!), but it happens to be four of my close friend's names... Awkward. Haha.
