Brown spotting for a week....

I have been spotting brown since last Tuesday, My levels are doubling in the right amount of time, I made it to 15,000 on Friday and I have an u/s tomorrow. I just can't help but be nervous. I know I should be ok because it's not red and no have cramping. I just feel like I need to wipe every 3 minutes to see what is going on down there. Just a vent. Thanks

  • Ugh.  There is not much more frazzling than seeing spotting when pregnant.  I am sorry you have to deal with it.  ((HUGS))

  • I'm sure it's scary, but there are women who spot throughout their pregnancy and everything turns out fine.  And others have some spotting early on and it never happens again.  Good luck with your u/s tomorrow.  Hopefully it will give you some peace of mind.

I totally understand what you are going through.  I've had two episodes of brown spotting with this pregnancy.  It really sucks and is very scary.

  • The numbers are the most important thing, I'm sure. I'll bet with the spotting it's even harder not to worry, but from what I hear, that is completely normal. At least you have an u/s tomorrow! How exciting!!! I understand about having to wipe every 3 minutes. The week before I took my first pregnancy test, I kept wiping to see if I got my period because I was SO SURE every time, that I would have gotten it - since my symptoms were sooooo much like my regular PMS symptoms. I would mentally prepare myself every time!

  • I can totally relate. This happened to me and it scares me. Good thing is, the u/s calmed me down. I still look every time I wipe and I don't think that will change anytime soon! Don't worry, things will be okay. Your numbers seem to be growing and that's what matters. My coworker bled throughout her entire pregnancy, so it happens to some women.
