Prepping hemp?

in Cloth Diapering
I bought some hemp doublers, do I wash them 3 times in hot then dry on hot too? If not, how do I prep them?

    if there are no snaps or elastic in the you can speed up the process by boiling them in just a pot of plain water for 15-20 min and then washing and drying once.

     This is what I do too & it's worked great for me so far.  I just throw the inserts into the next load of diapers & wash after I've boiled them.
