1st Birthday Decorations on a budget for M

Just wanted to share my crafty decorations with everyone and get some feed back if you don't mind. Mason's birthday is in Cat in the Hat. We ar eon a pretty tight budget but I wanted to go all out with what I had so I did some research an this is what I have so far.
First year banner. This is all his pictures 1 min, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, and so on. It was made out of scrapbook paper and tied together with ribbon. Right above this will be a flag banner that says "Mason's First Year" Made for about $5 There will also be a "Happy 1st Birthday Banner" I am making
Here are the invitations. They haven't been printed off yet and will be a lot brighter than this. Paper costed me $3 on sale at Hobby Lobby 
These are the boxes that will be placed on the tables. I am going to have teal, red and white ballons coming out of them and filled with swetish fish (1 fish, 2 fish, red fish, blue fish) Boxed cost 50 cent ea.
Red Picture Frames of various sizes will be places around the reception hall we have. Some will have Mason's 1 year pictures that I plan on taking and printed pictures of Dr Suess characters. As you can see they were on clearance. $3
I had to get something for the kiddos to put in favor bags. Silly bands, a note pad, and paper. I am also prining off some activities online and putting in crayons I already have. $.50ea.
Homemade cupcake teirs. On them will be the green deviled eggs, ham sandwiches, and various other goodies. All three made for $16. The bases are metal trays from the dollar tree and glass candlestick hold them together.
Kabob Box. I painted it and hot glued the ribbon around it. I saw fruit kabob online and I'll be making those. You just stick them through the box. YUM!
Last but not least Confetti. I wanted to used the paper from the banners up and I couldn't find confetti I wanted. This will be scattered in various places :P

Sorry I forgot my favorite one. This is part of his highchair kit. This is going under the highchail and I am making a highchail banner saying "I Am One" also. This is made from a plastic table cover and again scrapbook paper for the letters and circles
Thank you both. A lot of hard work but I want it to be perfect! He is my first child and only turns 1 once.
Believe me I started planning his birthday MONTHS ago :P I've been so excited for it because hes my 1st child. He grownign too fast. it feels like yesterday I was sitting in the hospital
