Most of my appts were during the work day, so DS was at day care. If that's not an option, I would take them and keep LO in the stroller. Very good option!
I'm wondering the same thing. For my first app I got a sitter, because I knew it would be a while and I knew they'd be doing an internal so I didn't want to drag her along for that.
But from this point on its pretty much just in and out from what I remember. I don't want to get a sitter for that. But idk.
My next app is an U/S, so I don't think I'll be bringing DD to that... but I havn't announced my pregnancy yet so idk who I'm going to get to watch her and what excuse I'm going to use. haha.
and i thought i loved you then <a href="http://daisypath.com/">

I took DS to a few appt's because I had too. I didn't have anyone to watch him. He stayed in his stroller the whole time. If I ever took him out, he would never go back in and he's be running around like a wild child the entire time. I kept him busy with toys and snacks. I'd prefer not to take him to appt's, but when I had to, I did.
Yep, I try to keep her in the stroller as long as possible, but last time she freaked out when the doc was measuring my belly at the beginning of the appt, so I let her get out as long as she sat with me. My next appt I'll have the GBS test so I will have to keep her in the stroller because I don't want to be pantless chasing her around the room. haha! I'm going to bring our ipad and wait to get it out for her play with once the dr comes in the room.

We may be able to work it out that DH can watch DS when I go to appts, but I know he's going to have to go with me most of the time, esp. at the end when you have weekly appts.

Except for my last month and my 3-hour GTT, I took DD to all my appointments. When I would bring her, the appointments were very short (5 minutes or less) but the wait time to be seen sometimes was close to an hour if they were running really behind. It was a long time for DD to be sitting in her stroller. I just made sure I had plenty of snacks, books, etc. to keep her entertained.
I stopped working when I was about 5 months pregnant. So for the first 5 months I went alone because I would schedule appointments for when DD was in daycare. For the last 4 months I would take her about 50% of the time (when DH couldn't be home to watch her). I prefer to not take my kids to any doctor's appointments becuase I don't like to be distracted. Doctors are so rushed anyway and I just feel like I get better care and more out of my appointments when I am not splitting my attention between the doctor and my kids.
Fwiw, when DD came with me she was usually fine just chilling in the stroller. Of course there were a few times when the doctor was behind and we had a long wait that she would get ancy.

I am a SAHM and DH works all the time - I had to bring DS1 to my appointments. The doctor was fine w/ it. I got my MIL to take time off work to watch him during ultrasounds and anything else wehre I couldn't actually parent him during the appt.
Yep, I took DS with me to a lot of my appts. I work an altered schedule and have off on Fridays, so I try to make all of my appts for that day (except now at the end they haven't had any Friday appts so he's not been going with me). There were a few occasions where he was at MIL's or DH stayed home but that was only a couple of times.

Jules has been to every appt so far, including u/s (but my SO was there for those too)
No big deal at all and yes she just chills in the stroller.
Yes, DD and DS come to almost every appointment except ultrasounds. DS hangs in the stroller and DD usually just sits in the chair.
I took DS1 to about 75% of my appointments. He'd just sit in the stroller with a snack, or when I was really desperate, my iPod touch.
He liked to hear the baby's HB on the doppler.
