hcg levels...and how many days/weeks from LMP

For those of you who have had your 1st appts/blood test - what were your levels. And how far along were you when the blood was drawn? I'm just trying to understand what is considered average - i looked online and I see a bunch of ranges...but just more curious to see what is considered normal.

American Pregnancy's website has the "normal" range. But I think all that really matters is that it's doubling every 48-72 hours.

    My betas were 21 @10DPO, 431 @15DPO, 787 @17DPO, and 4701 @21DPO

  • I have never been told about my levels with previous pregnancies

while there are normal ranges they are more concerned with seeing your levels double every 48-72 hours

  • I just got my results this morning:  333 @ 15 dpo, 844 @ 17 dpo

  • Got my BFP at 12dpo. Level was 14dpo - 60, 16dpo -129. I doubled at exactly 48 hours. Nurse was happy with the results, so obviously I'm happy too! Mine sounds lower than others, but the number itself doesn't matter as much as it doubling in the 48-72 hour timeframe.

  • My numbers are in my siggy, but take in mind that everyone implants at different times. I implanted 4dpo, at least I am pretty sure because of cramping and spotting that day only. So that could be why my numbers are pretty high from early on. As long as they are doubling right you are good!
  • I just got my first draw today but I'm excited.  15 dpo and I'm at 294.  I'm testing again on Thursday so hopefully it will go up, up, up!!

  • My LMP began August 26.  On Sept 27th, I had a blood test and my hcg was 342. Not that I have any clue what that means.  Also, I TOTALLY had to use the glossary to throw in that LMP acronym.  Learning!

  • I'm still learning too and this is my second pregnancy..sometimes I get overwhelmed and have to take a break haha. I really don't know what it all (hcg levels) means either except that I'm struggling with extreme nausea, a very quickly growing belly, and a long history of natural twins, and triplets in the family...eek.  So after I got my results back, I couldn't help but compare to what the "norm" was to see where I was falling. I have a follow-up on Friday to check...so we'll see.
