BFP but bleeding (update w/beta)

So, what I thought was AF on Sun. was not my normal AF and did not bleed last night at all which is really weird for me after AF starts. So, just to be sure, I tested. Sure enough, faint positive (pink dye wondfo). Started bleeding again today so called doc and went in to get my blood drawn so they can make sure I'm KU and also the Beta levels. Since I'm impatient, I decided to take a digi while waiting for the results...it said pregnant ( !) but I'm still bleeding like AF so I'm thinking it's a m/c. Ugh, I almost wish I didn't test at all today! For those of you who (unfortunately) had a c/p (etc.), when would they test my beta levels again? They said something about checking my cervix too if my blood work comes back positive (which I'm sure it will). Any tips, etc. would be appreciated. TIA!

P.S. I'll update this post w/my beta levels once I know them

ETA: update...Beta was 50. They're going to do another one tomorrow to see if they're rising or not and a u/s just in case it's ectopic. Thanks for the FX and the info from those w/experience. I appreciate it!

When I had my blood drawn they did it every 48 hours. The numbers should double every 48 hours so they usually wait until then. So you would likely retest again on Wed. Also, if it is a c/p they usually keep drawing your blood until the numbers go back down to zero. I am hoping all is fine for you though. GL!

I got a positive test and had a beta 2 days later (day after i started spotting). It was an 11, I had another beta 2 days later and it was 9. I got full AF 2 days after that.

They should test your levels on Wednesday (48 hours) to confirm pregnancy/chemical. Good luck.

This happened to me with my last loss too. I had rising betas for one week then after the 4th one, they began to drop. Once they began to drop my doctor only had me come in once a week to follow the numbers down to 0. Fx that you're not having a m/c. If you have any more questions feel free to PM me.
