Hey, like I mentioned below, we are going to Disney next month for the Mickey Christmas event. We plan on arriving exactly at 7 when park opens for us since boys go to sleep at 8pm. I'm sure that will go out the door since they will be overwhelmed with excitment at the new surroundings. But just wanted to see what your expriences have been. That will be their first time at a park. We'll visit other parks the following days, but only time we'll be at MK.
Also, I already told SIL (trip organizer) that I really want to hit the baby rides/area first for their sake of not passing out too early (she understands bc her baby is same age as boys).
Suggestions? Anything extra I should know? I'm so excited! ![]()
Re: Toddlers & Disney - Sleeping, naps, night park
You're allowed in at 4 with the Christmas party tix, even though it doesn't officially start until 7.
The first time we took Alexis she was 9 months old and she fell asleep in her stroller when she tired, we covered her with a blanket and that was that. My mom was with us so we could take turns going on the adult rides while someone stayed with Alexis. You'll notice a big difference in the number of people in the park after 7, there will be fewer people.
FYI they have a baby care area close to crystal palace where you can feed / change / just hang out for a bit. It's great.
Awesome to know! I need to tell SIL so we can get there early, and take pics in daytime.

I was about to mention the same thing
They actually recommend you get there early so you can get your bracelet and do some rides before the crowds come in.
This will be J's First time going and I'm super excited. Looking forward to hearing how it goes for you

We are driving up Friday morning, starting during the AM nap. : ) So, we should arrive @ 2pm to check in, rest a bit and hit the park early (thanks for the 4pm tip again!).
I'm totally not stress about naps and going to sleep past bedtime... I just don't want them to pass out as usual @ 830pm and miss out on the fun.
As for the character breakfasts, they are ALL booked (esp since we are a party of 16 inc infants). Whatev.
