Car Seat Recommendations

Hi Ladies!!!!

 I'm completely new to this whole baby thing and I was hoping that somebody might have some recommendations for Car Seats.  I was thinking about getting a UPPA Baby Vista stroller and I know that some car seats can snap into the stroller.

    I had a Graco SafeSeat (rated to 35 or 32 lbs I think it was) with both of my DS's, but my oldest is going to be 6, and it's out of date. I need a new one. I'm going to go with the Chicco probably. It was rated one of the safest.

    We used the Chicco Keyfit 30 for both of my girls.  It's amazing.  We were even in a small accident and my daughter didn't even wake up while in the keyfit!

    We also have the Chicco Keyfit 30 and absolutely love it.  DD was in it for quite a while (she didn't hit 20 pounds until she was over 2) and she was quite comfortable in it.  We only moved her into the convertible (at 8 months) because I was tired of lugging the car seat around once she was able to sit up on her own.  I'd highly recommend it!

    Tis an awesome carseat!  And my favorite part, the patterns aren't totally lame!!!  We have the grey blocks and it's really neutral and nice.  :)

    I 'test drove' the Chicco travel system this weekend at Babies R Us (it's cheaper on Amazon) and I loved it! The stroller is a bit heavy though. Kinda hard to lift with one hand. But I liked it!

    chicco keyfit 30....highest rated, easiest base to instal and ensure proper position/incline...and it is the car seat of choice of police, paramedic and fire fighters (that sold me because who best to judge than those that respond to accident scenes)

    So the Chicco Keyfit seems to be the clear winner!!!!!  That saves me alot of time.......... thanks ladies for all the input!!!!
