I have to go out to a work lunch today and I looked at the menu ahead of time to try to find the healthiest option (8 pounds of baby weight left so I try to be very careful and actually count calories using livestrong whenever possible but these situations make it tough).
So which of the two below sounds healthier?
1. Sesame crusted chicken skewers (no sauce) with a side of sauteed spinach and mushrooms.
2. Nicoise salad- arugula and radicchio with haricot verts, endive, boiled egg, capers, kalamata olives and potatoes in a shallot vinaigrette (dressing on the side). Possible to add grilled chicken or salmon also.
